Location & Environment

  • Tidy and declutter the space in advance

  • Rearrange or remove tables and chairs to create more room

  • Showcase company elements such as logo, awards, or culture wall

  • Check lighting conditions, avoid harsh shadows

People & Coordination

  • Dress code: unified or coordinated colors, avoid busy patterns or large logos

  • Grooming: neat hair, clean and ironed clothing

  • Shooting sequence: executives → departments → full group → workplace interactions

  • Assign a contact person to help organize participants

  • Low-res previews provided before payment, final HD files after confirmation
