Photography Studio Car Hire and Lighting & Gear Assistant Requirements

We are looking to hire a car with a driver to support our photography studio team. A 5-seat or 6-seat vehicle would be suitable. Details as follows:

• Team & Equipment

  • 2 studio staff members

  • Wedding dresses and small photography equipment (mainly lightweight lighting gear)

• Duration

  • Usually 4–8 hours per booking

  • Upcoming need: 8 hours on 12 October

• Start & End Location

  • Depart from and return to our Brunswick studio

• Travel Area

  • Mainly within Melbourne city and nearby regions

  • Typical locations include Dandenong, Yarra Valley, Frankston, and other scenic spots

  • Usually involves 2–5 shooting locations per trip

Required Services

• Driver & light equipment handling

  • Assist with carrying small gear (e.g., photography lights — not heavy)

  • Help hold or position lights during shoots if needed

• Driving time is relatively limited; the main need is safe transport and basic assistance
