Melbourne Wedding Coordinate Package detail

Package One

Vendor Planning (before wedding date)– $1,200

The couple has already secured their venue and ceremony/reception locations, but requires assistance in key service categories such as makeup, photography, videography, cake design, décor, dji and car hire.

For each category, 3 vendor options per service will be provided, including price comparisons and contract negotiations. This service covers the full process from recommending potential suppliers to assisting the couple in selecting the most suitable provider.

Package Two :

Full Day Wedding Day Coordination – $1,200 （travel with client car）

One wedding coordinate 1200 +one Assistant / driver support on the wedding day $300 (meet client at mill park then travel with client car,finish at dockland and leave)

Included Services:

• 10 hours of on-the-day coordination (from setup through ceremony to reception)

• 2 planning meetings (in-person in my brunswick studio or via video call, flexible scheduling)

• Vendor confirmation: liaising with all suppliers client have already choose and provide to confirm arrival times and service details

• Run sheet preparation: a detailed timeline and execution plan to keep everything on track

• WhatsApp / phone support: communication for quick problem-solving

• 1 professional Event Manager on-site throughout the day to oversee and coordinate

Optional Add-Ons (additional fees):

• Venue Rehearsal coordination: one session, 2-3 hours – $500

• Overtime: beyond 10 hours, charged at $120 per hour

From this schedule, there are a total of four locations:

1. Mill Park – Groom’s preparation location

2. Craigieburn – Bride’s preparation location & pickup (with limousine and Turkish drums)

3. City (Chanel) – Classical wedding photography location

4. Docklands – The Promenade – Reception venue (starting around 6:30 pm)

Package Three :

Full Day Wedding Day Coordination  – $1,500 (include travel fee）

One wedding coordinate 1200 +Travel by my own car or uber,travel fee $300

Service same as before.

In addition to officiating, I hold a professional makeup artist license, my studio also have staff highly skilled in photography and videography and drone.

Over the years, I have also built strong, long-term relationships with a wide network of trusted suppliers, including stylists, DJs, décor specialists, and fellow celebrants.

This means that if any service provider is unexpectedly unavailable, I can quickly assist in finding a reliable solution, ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly.
